It’s time to talk about why it’s so hard to think clearly about something. I get frustrated when I don’t have the right answer to a question because I’m so self-aware.
Well, my answer is that you aren’t self-aware until you are aware of your own mind. When you are aware of your mind, you can then think clearly about the answers you’ve been seeking. With your own mind, you probably know your reasons for asking the question and you have a plan for your response.
If you are aware of your own mind, and you have a plan to respond to a question, then you are in a position of self-awareness.
As the saying goes, “You have only yourself to blame if you are not aware of the answer.” We can’t blame a self-aware person for not knowing their own mind. But we can at least be thankful there is an answer to any question.
That being said, it is important to note that self-awareness can be a very difficult or frustrating state to achieve. For example, a person who lives in a big city may not have the luxury of being able to easily become aware of their surroundings. When traveling, for example, one may have to rely on memory and familiarity to navigate the way around.
It is very rare that someone has the means to become aware of their surroundings and what exactly is around them. Self-awareness requires a completely different mindset, a lot of different tools, and the ability to focus. We are only truly aware of ourselves when we have control over our thoughts, desires, behaviors, and actions.
If you do not have self-awareness, then you’re not aware of anything at all. You’re not aware of your surroundings because you’re not able to recognize your environment as such. It’s actually easier to become aware of your surroundings if you do not have a clear idea of what you’re looking at. It requires a few different tools, a lot of patience, and a lot of focus.
The ability to focus is something that we all possess. Like most people, I can focus my attention quite well and am often very aware of how I am doing. However, if you are not aware of your surroundings, you dont know what you are doing. You may be doing something that you think youre doing, just because you dont know what it is. You may be doing something random that you dont get the memo about. I have many different tools that I use to direct my attention.
However, there are many people out there who are unaware of their surroundings. If you are not aware that you are not focusing on what you should be focusing on, you may end up doing things that are going to end up causing you more damage than good. Because your mind is trying to make sense of what you are doing. It is not always necessary to know all of your options.
It is common for some people to use their mind to do everything. But if you are not using your mind to do things right, then you are doing things that may be going to cause you more damage than good. An example of this would be when you are looking at something for a long time. If you are not paying attention, your mind may get distracted and cause you to mess up. Another example of this would be when you are trying to figure out how to solve a math problem.
