I’m not on enzo’s team, but the site is still worth a visit. The people on the site are awesome and the recipes are delicious, so there is no reason to not go. Just put the meat and veggies you want and simmer it on the stovetop until they are tender.

If you have a really intense appetite when you cook it, make it at room temperature. Otherwise, its like eating meatloaf.

I have never been a fan of bolognese. The original pizza bolognese was a bit messy, and I remember putting the sauce on the bottom of the baking dishes, and my parents always told me if I put a sauce on top of it, it would ruin it. But I think this one is even better. It looks like you made it by microwaving the ingredients, but its definitely easy to make.
