However, to live a full life with your success, you have to set aside time to be aware of your results, especially in the areas of your life that you would have been happiest if you had them.
A lot of people don’t realize how long it takes to accomplish anything. If your goal is to have a successful business or to live a happy and fulfilled life, it’s going to be a long process.
That being said, the process of getting to your goals is the process of setting goals. Not that it makes me more productive, but it helps me to recognize my own weaknesses and to not let my productivity suffer when I am thinking about a project. Because once I’ve gotten comfortable with my flow, I can find the time to write, and I dont need to be looking at my email to do it.
