Recently, I received a call from their customer service rep.
According to scott, the reason I received the call was that someone was calling me up to give me a discount on a scott product. I was so happy to hear that, and I was able to talk to the rep about my discount and what scott had to say about me. She was really nice, and told me that she had seen my Instagram and Instagram Stories, and that she had seen my Instagram Snap Chat with the scott brand.

Some of the best deals are the ones that are done in a formal manner. By that I mean that you are representing the company (the buyer) as well as the seller (the seller). You should be able to set up a deal without having to explain it to someone who can’t actually do the job. That’s why it matters that you know the company and you know how to negotiate.
