A new book from this guy! We could have used more of his content on how to be more conscious and aware of our surroundings in our day-to-day lives, but this guy is just a fun writer. And if you’re looking for a good meditation track, this is one of the better ones.
The best thing about the book is the “mind” track. jeff is a lot of fun to listen to because he always talks about how we are in a “loop” and how we need to “fix” this “loop”. He also has a lot of funny and thought-provoking stories to share.
The book actually is a meditative track, so it’s not that exciting. But it is interesting to listen to because it shows the mind in action, and it’s a good way to get into meditative states.
I personally love this track because it is a great introduction to the mind track. jeff talks about how we are in a loop and it is important to stop and listen to our thoughts because we are not sure how to fix the loop, so we need to do this meditation. It is a good meditation track, and it has really been on my “must-listen-to” list for quite some time.
I really love this track because it is an introduction to the mind track, and it is perfect for me. The loop is a bit too long, it feels like you are being dragged through the entire track, but if you can get through the first 10 minutes, you might be able to get through the rest of the track without too much difficulty.
It’s an introduction to the mind track in that you are being asked to pay attention to your own thoughts while you meditate. The meditations can be fairly simple, but it is always a good idea to practice meditation techniques before going into a new track.
