Like many of us, this is not your typical “I’m just a guy with a blog” story, especially for one who is living with chronic pain. But if the pain is severe enough, and the medication is not working, there are people out there who have been in a cycle of self-destructive behavior, and there are more out there who are just like you. And I don’t want you to feel any better about yourself, because you’re not going to.

Well, I don’t know what it is, but I find it a bit disheartening that we’re all so quick to assume we’re “normal” when you think about a lot of things. For most of us, chronic pain is just one step away from major depression. We’re all in this together.

I know, I know. But I also know that every single one of us can be in that cycle. We all have the potential to find and find our own way out of a bad cycle, and the only thing that really matters is that we find a way to fix our own behavior.

And the thing is, no one knows what the problem is. If you feel like your life is a mess, that’s your problem. If you believe you have a bad relationship with your significant other, that’s your problem. If you believe your child is a horrible, unlovable person, that’s your problem. But you can change. You can change the things you think are the problem.

The problem is that people just don’t care what you think. They don’t care if you are unhappy. And the only thing that matters is what you think. If you think you have a good relationship with your significant other, and you don’t, that’s your problem. But if you think you are unlovable, that’s your problem. You are the only thing that matters. But you can change.

There is an old saying that you are what you think. If that is true, then the only thing I really want to change about myself is my thoughts about my relationship with my husband. And the only thing I want to change is my thoughts about my relationship with my husband.
