I have been a vegetarian since I was about 12 years old. I always thought that I would one day be vegetarian, but I always knew that after I turned 20 or 30 I’d be eating meat, which is why I never gave it a second thought.

But the thing is, eating something that is delicious for one moment, but then becomes a little revolting after the next, is a very common and typical kind of behavior.
