Addicted to racetams?

Well, they are not really racetams, but they are the first racetams I’ve ever made. They are soft at first, but as they cook they become crunchy and gooey in texture. I love that they are so easy to make and it’s so nice to have an easy pasta dish to throw together on a rainy day.
