The systems administrator job is a job where you are responsible for the administration of a system. This includes the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the various systems in your department.
In my experience, this job is the hardest one to land. My personal experience with this job is that most of the time, the system is too big, and there isn’t enough time for it to just run itself. At this point, I’m more likely to find a job that is more of a systems administrator role.
